Access & Security
SmartMetrics audits require read-only access at the administrator level of your Zoho CRM, granted by your Zoho admin through Zoho's standard authorization process during kickoff. Setup takes a few minutes, requires no password sharing or additional user licenses, and is fully revocable at any time. Admin-level access is needed to review system-wide configuration; we can review your CRM, but cannot create, edit, or delete anything. All information collected during the audit stays in our secure workspace and is used exclusively for your engagement.
